Live Simulcast Auction — Onsite & Online Wednesday, October 21, 2026 Starting at 8:30 AM EST How Simulcast Bidding Works: A simulcast auction allows onsite and online bidders to participate in the same live auction. Online bidders can follow the auction and listen to the auctioneer in real time, bidding alongside those attending in person. During the live auction, Click the bid button twice to convey your bid to the auctioneer, your bid button will display 'PENDING' until the auctioneer accepts your bid. If your bid is accepted, your bid button will display ★ HIGH BIDDER ★. If the bid button changes back to 'BID $amount' that means someone else has placed a higher bid, and you will need to bid again if you wish to buy the item. Online bids vs floor bids: If an online bid and a onsite floor bid is received at the same time, the floor bid takes priority and the online bidder must bid at the next increment to become the winning bidder. Simulcast live auctions are usually fast-paced, be prepared to bid quickly during the live auction. Maximum Bids: Consider entering maxbids using the bid button’s drop-down menu. Your maximum bid does not automatically become your final purchase price. Only if another online bidder or a floor bidder places bids on the items that contain your maxbids, the software will enter your bids one increment at a time, until the others stop bidding or the price surpasses the amount you entered as your maximum. (If a floor bid is received for the same amount as your maximum bid, the floor bid will take priority). Terms: Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. The sellers and the auction company are not responsible for missing items or theft of items that have been sold. All items will be sold in AS-IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information. Buyer is to conduct their own due diligence. All Sales are Final. All items are sold 'As Is, Where Is' without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS. In no event shall Beiler-Campbell Auction Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item(s) they purchase. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Beiler-Campbell Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the max-bidding feature and leave their maximum bids on the items of interest. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
