Simulcast live onsite & online auction, Friday June 12th @ 2:00 PM •  Auction Location: 5270 Newport Rd., Gap, PA 17527 (Lancaster County)  •  Online Buyers Premium: 15% (with a cap of $750 per item)  •  Sales Tax: All titled items will be subject to sales tax at the time of the title transfer.  •  Shipping: Shipping is not available.  •  Pickup: Full payment due before purchases are picked up. Purchases must be picked up on auction day or within five business days. If additional time is needed arrangements must be made. Contact Daryl Long 717-330-9662 to make arrangements. (Gap Power and the auction company will not assume liability for any equipment left on-site after the auction)  •  Payment Instructions: All purchases under $5000.00 will automatically be billed to buyer’s credit card on file unless other arrangements have been made before the end of the auction. (Payments made by credit card will be subject to a 4% convenience fee). Buyers with purchases of over $5000.00 will be contacted by auctioneers to determine payment method. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Credit Card, Certified or PA Checks. All items will be sold in AS-IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information. In no event shall Beiler-Campbell Auction Services be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item(s) they purchase. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Beiler-Campbell Auction Services or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the max-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the live auction begins. Beiler-Campbell Auction Services reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
